Intelligent industrial control refers to industrial automation control, primarily achieved through the integration of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software technologies. It's also known as industrial control or factory automation. It primarily utilizes computer technology, microelectronics, and electrical means to make factory production and manufacturing processes more automated, efficient, accurate, controllable, and visible.

Industrial Control PCB:

1. Intelligent industrial control uses special-purpose or general-purpose PCB. The underlying circuitry is already complete, with reserved I/O ports. After purchasing the industrial control PCB, the user connects their own components, such as motors, solenoid valves, and sensors, to the reserved I/O ports to achieve their desired functions.

2. There are both special-purpose and general-purpose PCB. A special-purpose PCB is one specifically designed for a specific function. For example, a temperature control PCB. After purchasing it, the user connects a thermocouple to the input port , and a heating contactor or solid-state relay to the output port to control the heating device for temperature control. There are also flow control boards, motion control boards, and so on.

3. General-purpose control boards are mostly programmable and can be customized to perform specific functions through user development. They have a wide range of uses. For example, a PLC is a general-purpose industrial control board. After the user writes a program, compiles it, and inputs it, it can perform a variety of functions, including digital input, analog input, high-speed counter, digital output, analog output, and some even have communication capabilities.
